Coaxial / simulated coaxial episcopic light

Features
Coaxial type : Compact coaxial light designed for the MML series, ideal for objects with highly reflective surfaces
Pseudo-coaxial type : Produces simulated even coaxial lighting for telecentric MML lenses and other lenses without coaxial episcopic illumination

Major applications
●Alignment and surface inspection of highly reflective surfaces such as wafers, metal surfaces, film, liquid crystals and glass
●Pattern inspection of printed boards
