BMS System from Hipower Batteries (With CAN BUS)

There are 5 parts for the whole BMS system with a CAN BUS.

1.  Cel  Equalizer:
Every single cel  needs one Cell Equalizer. There are 3 types of equalizer, you can select
the right one based on your engineer’s suggestion).

A. 200mA          
B. 400mA          
C. 800mA          

For example, if your battery pack is made up of 32 cel s, you choose 200mA type, then you

need 32pcs equalizer.
                                                 MasterBox / Central Control Module（CCM）/ Mainboard

MasterBox, the center part of BMS, also can be cal ed as CCM, or Mainboard
                                                      

Slave / auxiliary board / Data Col ection Module (DCM)
Dimension: 155*120*35mm; weight: 0.4kg
Slave, also can be cal ed as DCM, or auxiliary board.  
Each Slave / DCM control 8 – 16 serial units.

For 3.5 Inch touch screen    (Dimension 96*81*46 mm; 0.2kg)

How to calculate the total parts need for a battery pack?
For example, if your battery pack is 96V 400AH battery pack, using 200AH cel . So total is
32 units, using 2 slaves, each slave control 16 serial units, 3.5 inch touch screen, 500A
current sensor.  

Cel  Equalizers:                  64 pcs    
MasterBox:                          1 pcs
Slaves:                                  2 pcs  
Current Sensor (500A):      1 pcs
Touch Screen (3.5’ inch):    1 pcs
