Rebound Test Hammer

Surface hardness testing of concrete structures can be assessed using the rebound method.

Measurement is displayed as a percentage of Rebound (‘R’) value.

Available with impact energy of: 2.207Nm (type “N”) or 0.735Nm (type “L”)

C3M Cover meter

C3M designed for ease of use to measure concrete cover depth–to– steel reinforcement. The instrument also incorporates bar detection feature plus additional functions for reinforced concrete conditions surveys.

Optional search head available for deep cover measurement.

 

331 Covermeter

The 331 Covermeter range is available in 3 versions - Model B, Model S, Model T.

These Covermeters will enable identification of the location, orientation and depth of the reinforcement bars.

Model B Covermeter
This simple to use instrument locates the orientates and measures the depth of the cover over reinforcement bars(rebars).

Model S Covermeter
Incorporates all the features of Model B and provides data storage capability with statistical evaluation.

Model T Covermeter
Incorporating all the features and functionality of the Model B and S. The Model T comes with the additional ability to store in excess of 65,000 readings in either individual batches or multiple spreadsheet (grid) style batch surveys.

Using the 4-point method with the Wenner-Proceq resistivity probe, this non-destructive method can provide an extensive investigation of the electrical resistance of reinforced concrete for assessment of corrosion risk.
