SYSTEMS 9 AND 10 WITH BELLOWS PROTECTION
For those users who found System 9 and 10 (as described in Catalog 44) appropriate for their design criteria, PIC now offers the same system with the addition of a bellows. This polyurethane-coated nylon bellow protects bearings and lead screws in applications where debris can cause harm. |

GANTRY SYSTEMS
Recognizing that some applications require the designer to assemble a system so work can be accomplished between rails, PIC has taken the System 10 and split it to accommodate this need. The gantry system is available with either a lead screw or belt drive connected to a NEMA 23 or 34 motor adapter or handcrank. |

LEAD SCREW ASSEMBLIES
For those designers that have need for a preassembled, pre-engineered proven lead screw assembly, PIC offers the drive unit from the complete system as a standalone component. Each assembly includes lead screw with journals, nut, nut bracket, end plates and bearings; all with either NEMA motor mount or handcrank.

LINEAR MOTION SYSTEM LESS DRIVE TRAIN
When a lead screw drive is not desired and the designer has an alternate drive, this modified system makes the job easy. PIC now offers System 9 without a lead screw assembly. Systems are available in standard economical lengths or in custom lengths. |

PRE-POSITIONED RAILS AND SUPPORTS
The economical yet accurate properties of the System 10 Twin Trak rail design is available as a standalone rail and support component. Ten standard lengths up to 48 inches are offered with either C-1060 hardened and ground steel or 303 stainless steel. |

CARRIAGE TOP ASSEMBLIES
PIC Carriage Tops incorporate self-aligning reirculating ball or engineered plastic bearings. Alternately, these Carriage Tops can also be ordered without bearings. Bearing housings are pre-aligned for time and money saving installation.

LINEAR SYSTEMS MOUNTING BRACKETS AND PLATES
In order to assemble XY and XYZ systems, PIC now can supply a range of brackets and plates. These off-the-shelf components are available for use as add-ons to purchased systems or for custom use. |

BEARING HOUSINGS WITH OR WITHOUT PREASSEMBLED BEARINGS
PIC removes the hassle of matching linear bearings with the appropriate housings by offering preassembled sets for several popular sizes and styles. For those who need a housing only, this option is available also. |
