General Rolled Ballscrews

 
  • Table 9.1 shows the lead accuracy of HIWIN's general rolled ballscrew

  • The lead accuracy is measured by accumulated lead error of each 300mm length and the geometric tolerance of each ballscrew is varied by different axial play conditions. Since these ballscrews can not be preloaded, the application field is applied in general actuator and production automation requirements.

  • The maximum axial play of HIWIN's general rolled ballscrew is shown on table 9.2.
