AC induction motor for EV , electric Car We have an avaialble AC induction motor and Controller ranging from continuous power 3Kw up to 25Kw in DC bus 48V to 200V ,peak power is double from the continuous power . It is intend to install feedback sensor like encoder or resolver to send back feedback signal of angular or speed to get a closed loop control in speed mode and torque properly .
As of AC motor, we must need to know the parameters of the AC motor to get best matching AC induction Controller
Rated Voltage AC voltage or DC Voltage for Example 72VDC=51VAC
Rated power Rated speed(RPM) Rated frequency Motor poles Encoder or Resolver ( can supply or installed by us )
If we can get all of these info, we can configure the controller to drive the motor well.
Our controller also available both fan cool and water cool, above 10 Kw we recommend water-cooling. The controller is a sine wave commutation process , it can drive motor up to 4000-5000rpm or 6000 rpm or more depend on pole of motor and Kv of winding , AC induction motor is non-magnetic , so it is quite ruggedized for heat , vibration, moisture ,impact , water ,hard environment , etc. The top speed can be 6000rpm and more if use high gear ratio , user can get a high torque output as well, to compensate with low torque at starting speed .
